I started a sweater vest with the yarn I posted about here. It's knitting in the round right now, which is good watching television or movie knitting. But...with 206 stitches on #6 needles? Geesh. Seems like lots of stitches with no growth. Right now, it's here.
These are both projects for MCY and these need to be finished by the end of the month. Wish me luck. Then, I've got some things I want to knit for friends. Some day I will get to knit for me. Hopefully this decade.
So, that's the knitting progress this week.
It was awful hot today, 92 and humid, not good for doing much. But, it's summer, and each Sunday there's a farmer's market in town from 1-5. This is the Garden State after all, so I went to check it out. Even though they looked good, I don't think the tomatoes are as perfect as I want them, so I just got some fruit...cherries, strawberries, blueberries, nectarines...yum. I'll go back again to see what's new.
