My Valentine's Present.
I opened a Dove chocolate from the candy dish at the office earlier this month, and the little messag

said, "Be your own Valentine." I'm very good at treating myself well when I have to, so this is what I'm calling my "Valentine's present," being she's red and all. Introducing: "Kate." I absolutely love this car. My '05 CTS I bought when I was able to drive again after the accident was great, but for whatever reason, I always had a little anxiety while driving. Sometimes more than others. In this car, so far, anxiety is not so much. Hopefully that will continue, because I really haven't gone that far. BUT...I got the car on Monday, and Tuesday drove home from work in snow and freezing rain. It wasn't awful, Kate handled just fine. I've never had a red car before, I'm really not a "red" person. Looks like that is changing; this is a very pretty shade of red, and I am very happy. :-)

She's beautiful! My very first my-own-car-that-I-bought was red. My daughter's first three cars were red, not counting the my-very-first-car that I gave her when she started driving. Would it be best if I don't mention that half of them were lemons? Sangria?

Blocking might help the scarf, but let it roll... No one will know it's not supposed to do that, and it will feel so good on your neck that it won't matter!
