Today was an absolutely lovely day. Temps in the low 80's and low humidity, with a slight breeze. It's hard to believe that it is the unofficial end of summer this weekend. Where did the time go? Days Go By...yes they do.I spent most of the day shopping for the granite for the counter top and tile for the backsplash and lighting for my kitchen. More to come on

that, but here's the granite slab I chose. :-) After I got home, I spent the late afternoon and early evening on the patio working on the striped tank top in cotton joy. It's done, blocked, and drying. It came out really nice.
