Life is Good.

I've had a really wonderful time. Canyon Ranch and Tucson is exactly as my mind remembered it, and I still had that "I need to BE here" feeling. What is it about this area that just calls to me? I've always thought of the beach as my home....
Well, I have 2 hours until I'm picked up for the short ride to the airport, and then the cross-country red-eye flight back to reality. I'm taking home some more good memories. Until next time....

Beautiful. I miss Arizona too, although it's the Sedona area that has my heart... Those photos alone are enough to make me insist Tuscon will be seen next time we're in AZ! I'm glad you had a good respite, but welcome home.

Maybe you need a 2nd home. Then you could jet back and forth. ;0) Is the desert better on the injuries? I know I was stiff when it was going to rain. And now that it's warming up, I think I'm going to try to strengthen my quad before next winter. I'm glad this was good for your soul.

It might be the dry heat. I grew up in semi-desert, and my skin tells me that dry heat is "home."

(My brain says, "No freaking way. Green and mild is ever so much better.")
