Since I was up there anyway and it looked so cool just after sunrise, with the break in the storm clouds. I thought it appropriate that today's sky from 30,000 feet in the air would be a unique opportunity. I didn't have to look up today, I was in it. This is the view from the plane around 6am.

Saturday Sky from the Sky
Since I was up there anyway and it looked so cool just after sunrise, with the break in the storm clouds. I thought it appropriate that today's sky from 30,000 feet in the air would be a unique opportunity. I didn't have to look up today, I was in it. This is the view from the plane around 6am.

It sounds like you had a peace filled time. It's funny how some places feel like home. I get that feeling when I'm in the Pinelands and when I walk on the beach in the early morning before the crowds.
Sounds like a fun vacation! 6 AM is too early to be taking pictures anywhere..... :)

Isn't that just neat! I love to look at the abouve sky when up in a plane, sometimes the lcouds look like puffy marshmellow and you just want to jump from each one..lol Definitely neat sky pic!!
Wow, wonderful shot! I still find it thrilling to look at the tops of clouds.
Beautiful. When I fly, I try not to get stuck next to the wing. So boring to look out and see nothing but a wing.
I love when I am flying and I get to see sunrise or sunset. Above the clouds it is a breathtaking view.
