Saturday Sky NYC Style

My Saturday sky photo is published on Sunday because yesterday we went into NYC for my boss' son's Bar Mizvah party. And wow, what a party it was!
Here's a view from late yesterday afternoon.
It was great to be back in "the city"; it had been a long time, I think in November '04 before the accident was the last time I'd been in. I'd forgotten how much I like it, and regret that I'm not able to get around by foot as I'd like to. But, my wallet sure is thankful. ;-)
More on the party and the rest of the NYC trip another time, I'm quite tired now and must rest. ;-)

What a great shot. That must have been quite a Bar Mizvah. Saturday I was at a Nameing ceremony.

How ironic, the last time I was in the city was November 5th 2004 and my sister took me to see Menopause: the Musical and we ate at one of Bobby Flays restaurants. I haven't been since, I just can't walk the city like I used to and I miss the theatre so much!!! Glad you got to go and have a good time!!!

That's a beautiful photo. I've only been into Manhattan once and would love to go back.

I went to college at Montclair State and we often went to NY for the day and to see what shows we could see on our poor student budgets. I don't miss it. Maybe because I work in Phila every day so my urge for being in the city gets filled that way.

Great shot! I haven't been to the city in about 10 years. But I am going next month to see The Little Mermaid! Can't wait, have never seen a Broadway play!
