Everybody's Gone Surfing...

...In the Morning Surf. I finally finished knitting it this afternoon, and right now it's rolled up in a towel after it's soak wash bath, ready to be blocked into shape. It was easy to knit, but quite tedious after a while. I'm in agreement with Chan, who after finishing the Clapotis, said she thinks she likes lace knitting better than drop stitch patterns.
I really do love those colors all blended together.
That's all the knitting that's been happening here for the past few weeks. I've mentioned to some that I've been in a knitting slump, perhaps that's over now because at least I am thinking about new projects to be.
Oh, and thanks for the comments on my sky post from yesterday. I'm feeling so much better, It's hard to believe that 48 hours ago I felt like last week's garbage. ;-)

Glad you're feeling better. The scarf looks great. Sometimes the easy projects aren't enough to keep the interest all the way through. What are you thinking of knitting next? Is it in your Ravelry que?

Wow, that looks beautiful! Nice job!

I have your yarn dyeing up now. Should be ready to ship early this week! Thanks for your patience, this projects used some new techniques that I had not tried, so it took me more time.

I hope you continue to feel better... there is so much illness going around.

Hi Nancy. I'm glad you're feeling better. The colors in the scarf are pretty. I've never done drop stitch patterns. I'm probably the only knitter in the known universe who hasn't knitted clapotis. I don't like it. If I'm going to spend all that time working on something, I want to like it.

The scarf looks just yummy! Good work! Continue to cosset yourself. These bugs tend to hang on for quite a while.

It's beautiful, but gee, I'm glad we're not alone in needing a little something to keep us interested in a project.

Most of all though, I'm glad you're feeling better!
