My Thanksgiving Rose from my brother's garden (scroll down) opened up quite nicely, and has a lovely fragrance too. Not overpowering, in fact, it is only evident when sniffed close up. I have posted for questionaires that I don't like rose scented items, they make me ill. However, I do like the fragrance of a natural rose, as long as it's subtle.
