Stormy Saturday Sky

The predicted thunderstorms didn't make it to the east coast of NJ last night, but they are here now. As evidenced by this sky. This was on my way home at 2pm, 90 degrees and humid!I got home just as the skies opened up. The rain is needed here, so it's a good thing. I've got a few things to blog about later or tomorrow, so check back then. :-) Now, I've got to get some knitting done on the sweater vest. Going to the movies tonight, I think we're seeing Hairspray. I'm in the mood for fluff.

you made it home before the rain and headed out to an air conditioned theatre - excellent planning! (we're getting the thunderstorms, too.)

I love the look of thunderclouds. I remember those driving to Texas every summer as a kid. Too bad we don't get them here...sometimes I can see the clouds in the distance...but it's been a long time since I've enjoyed a thunderstorm. Those are definately best enjoyed in the house when knitting though. Good timing.

Oh well, no rain and the humidity continued. I was just checking to see who else is on the NJ Knitters ring. Nice to read...
